Epiphany recalls to mind the day that the Wise Men visited the house where Jesus and his parents were living, so it has become a tradition to do house blessings during the season of Epiphany.

We had a wonderful time as a family tonight praying together over our home and for our new year. Our little ones were fascinated when Daddy broke the rules and wrote on the door!!! We then went through each room praying together. I was especially moved when my husband prayed over our marriage and hopes for more children in our own bedroom. I hope this will be a tradition we will continue each year and would love to read the whole service your family does together.
