We have an offer on our house!!!
I would put that in all caps and add about 16 more exclamation points if it were not a very, very low offer. --Not surprising, given the market.
So please pray for our realtor, Rusty, today, as he negotiates for us. Pray for us as well, that we would have wisdom to know how low to go--and how low is just too low.
And we still have another showing today.....
(Wouldn't it be cool if someone else came in with an offer and we had two offers on the table? Now THAT would give us a few more cards to play!!)
