We were headed home from our camping trip, and I was driving Papa Rooster's Prius while he drove the van pulling the trailer. Chicklet6 had ended up in my backseat, and 2 minutes into the 20 minute ride home, I could see her head nodding in the rearview mirror. A moment later she asked,
"Mom, what does it mean when someone can't keep their eyes open?"

Kids certainly say the funniest things! BB is always so mad when he wakes up from a car nap and finds out that he fell asleep!
When GL was little, he couldn't stay awake in the car. He hated getting in the car, because he knew he would fall asleep. We left on a long trip once at 5 am. Even after sleeping all night, he slept when the car moved, and only woke up when it stopped, until 9 hours into the trip, when he just couldn't sleep any more!
