Note Bantam7 in shorts below, his usual costume--yea, even in December. He has been known to go out like that TO GET THE MAIL!
Now, there's a story to this last one. This was some kind of soy pumpkin mousse someone had given us, and no one had tried one yet. Bitty Bantam was fussing and following me around, so I put him in his high chair to try it out for us. He seemed to like the first bite, so I gladly took advantage of the break to do some quick organizing in the laundry room/pantry/mudroom. I could hear him in his high chair making lots of happy noises. "Good," I thought, "he's enjoying his nice healthy soy pudding." What a double take I did when I emerged moments later! (Apparently it tasted pretty "healthy.")

Great pictures. I love B7's winter wardrobe. He would get on great up here - and great with Peter who sometimes goes out on the porch barefoot! Chicklet's verbal funnies are priceless. We got a good laugh! Thanks.
PS on B7/8 - I just compared that Pic of him with the one in your sidebar. He's growing like a weed!! Without these updates, I don't know if I would recognize him next time we get down to Chiland. :)
